French Crepes for breakfast

I love those mornings when you can sleep in having your mobile phone put on silent for the night. Today was one of those mornings when I finally got out of bed nearly on mid-day. Instead of having usual scrambled eggs with tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini I decided to make crepes which are French style pancakes (big ones and very thin). They are especially good for breakfast. You can fill them with jam, fruits, whipped cream or ice cream. As for the pan was old and used and not as perfect as griddle, which is meant for making crepes, my crepes didn't come as perfect but nevertheless they tasted delicious.
